Electronic Signature

You agree that your electronic signature (“E-Signature”) is the legal equivalent of your manual or ink signature on this Agreement. By selecting “I Accept” you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement’s terms and conditions, and represent that it is your intent to accept and agree as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature, and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting funding contract between you and Fund And Flow. You further represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who own or are authorized to act on behalf of your company, and that such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Electronic Communications
You authorize Fund And Flow to provide you with communications in electronic format, including this Agreement, any notice or disclosures, and other communications related to our products and services. We will send electronic communications to the Email address you provide to us, and it is your responsibility to provide and maintain a current email address. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically. However, this may impact our ability to transact business with you.
